For over 70 years, the Forest Products Journal (FPJ) has been the global go-to for forest products research, as the world’s most complete and prestigious source of high-quality peer-reviewed technical research reflecting the current state of wood science and technology, at the applied and practical levels.
FPJ is published four times per year and is open access. Note: FPJ went open access in 2009. All FPJ issues before 2009 can be found in the Knowledge Base, a service for members of the Forest Products Society. Brian Via serves as Editor-in-Chief of FPJ.

Manuscripts published are subject to an article charge of $1,999 US for FPS members and $2,300 US charge for nonmembers. Technical Notes are charged at $800/$1000 US for members and nonmembers respectively.
