STUDENT REGISTRATION
Student members of the Society pay a reduced registration fee of $200 for the International Convention. Nonmember students pay a $250 registration fee. If you are not a student member and wish to join, please register as a New Student FPS Member ($225). Full-time students with a valid student I.D. are eligible to join.

Tickets
All full-fee technical registrants and student registrants receive one ticket to the Student Appreciation Luncheon (Sunday), one ticket to the Official Luncheon (Monday), and one ticket to the Paul Bunyan Party (Tuesday). Retirees, 1- and 2-day registrants, family members, and guests must purchase tickets for these events.

Tabletop Exhibit Space ($395) includes:

- Exhibit Only passes for additional staff members at $95 each
- Event tickets may be purchased separately (luncheons, Paul Bunyan Party)

Onsite Registration:
The onsite registration desk will be located in the Lloyd Center Foyer of the Doubletree Hotel Portland. Registration desk hours will be: Sunday, June 19 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm; Monday, June 20 from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm; and Tuesday June 21 from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Joining the Forest Products Society:
If you are not an FPS member, you may join now and register for the convention at member rates. Dues for a 1-year Voting Membership in the Society are $150 in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Dues for all other countries are $160 per year. You may wish to learn about Corporate, Retired, or Developing Country Membership, or learn more about membership benefits. Special Needs:
If you have any special needs as an attendee such as a special diet, or needs related to sight, hearing, or physical mobility, please give a brief description of these needs on your registration form. Early notification will enable us to more efficiently accommodate your needs.

Cancellation Policy:
If you find that you have to cancel, your full registration fee will be refunded if FPS receives written notification by May 23, 2011 – conferences@forestprod.org or fax (608-231-2152) acceptable. There will be a 50% refund for all written cancellations made after May 23, 2011, but no later than 5 business days prior to the start of the convention (June 13, 2011). Understandably, after this time, no refunds can be issued. Substitutions, however, will be accepted any time without a penalty.

Refund:
100% - Cancellation received by (May 23, 2011)
50% - Cancellations received after (May 23, 2011) and no later than (June 13, 2011)
NO REFUND- Cancellations received after (June 13, 2011)
