If you find that you have to cancel, your full registration fee will be refunded if FPS receives written notification by April 18, 2013 – email@example.com or fax (608-231-2152) acceptable. There will be a 50% refund for all written cancellations made after April 18, 2013, but no later than 5 business days prior to the start of the conference (May 6, 2013). Understandably, after this time, no refunds can be issued. Substitutions, however, will be accepted any time without a penalty.
